to co-founding Priority One, Mr. Isaacoff was a Senior Manager for commercial providers of turnkey fleet management and maintenance
services to state and local governments, transit authorities, utilities, school districts, and private and public corporations
for 19 years. His particular areas of expertise include best practices, cost analysis, fleet assessments,
financial accountability, organizational development, process improvement, benchmarking, performance standards, and implementation
and operation of fleet management information systems. Ed's selected experience is listed below: - Converted over 80 fleet management and maintenance locations
from an in-house operation to an outsourced fleet management and maintenance service provider.
